Rossborough is a very well-run company with great staff who are always willing to go the extra mile. I have been with them for at least 20 years. I first insured my boat with them, then realised it made sense to have all my insurance under one roof, especially when they set up the Private Clients department. Most certainly, I would recommend Rossborough and have done so.
The personal service is outstanding, from Laura Boyd and her colleagues in Rossborough Private Clients, and I like the fact that a human voice answers the telephone and that she is always on the lookout for the best deal.
It’s always very competitive. For example, Laura came up with a new household policy that featured excellent travel cover for older people. There’s no problem when it comes to a claim and it’s progressed very efficiently.
Rossborough is also very supportive of and generous to local causes and charities, and were especially supportive to me when I organised a major RNLI fund raising event.
