I have been a Rossborough customer for many years and they have always provided me with a very helpful and personal service. It was extremely helpful to speak to someone in person at such a stressful time.
I was able to get an estimate for a replacement ring from a local jeweller. Rossborough processed the claim extremely quickly and the money was in my bank account within 10 days – it was very impressive. I know I could get cheaper insurance elsewhere, but I would rather know there is someone there you can trust if something goes wrong. I would highly recommend Rossborough to anyone needing car or home insurance.
