How quickly can I get covered?

You can get home insurance in as little as 5 minutes if you use our online quoting system.

This means you will not be covered for most claims that occur in the immediate 24 hours after taking out your policy.

How do I make changes to my policy?

What happens if I move house?

If you are planning to move house, we will need to reassess your insurance policy.

Your local Rossborough team will be able to guide you through the reassessment process, and help you find the most suitable insurance policy for your new property.

Are my possessions covered if they are outside?

Cover for personal possessions outside of the home can be requested when you obtain your quotation.

When do I need to tell you about an individual possession?

Possessions over a certain value will need to be listed separately on your policy. The value will differ between insurers and will need to be added during the quote process.

If you acquire a possession over the insurer's limit whilst the policy is in place you'll need to let us know so we can arrange suitable cover.

How do I make a claim?

The fastest way to have your claim resolved is to contact your insurers directly.
