A Rising Star in the Professional Risks Team
Although Jennifer joined our Professional Risks Team less than a year ago, she has already established herself as an invaluable member. Her solution-focused approach and drive to achieve the best outcomes for our clients have set her apart. She is always eager to take on new challenges and consistently exceeds expectations.
Her dedication to learning is truly inspiring. Currently pursuing her Cert CII, Jennifer has developed a keen interest in Cyber Insurance and is undertaking additional CII studies in this evolving field. Despite being relatively new to cyber risks, she is already a go-to person in the team, sharing her knowledge and supporting colleagues.
A Positive Force in the Workplace
Jennifer’s impact extends beyond her technical expertise—she is a fantastic team player. She actively recognises and appreciates the contributions of her colleagues, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment. Her positive attitude and willingness to help others make her a true asset to the team.

“I first met Jennifer when she joined our company a few years ago. Despite having no prior experience in insurance, she quickly became an integral part of the commercial team. Her confidence and competence developed rapidly, and last year she transitioned to our growing professional risks team. In her new role, she manages an extensive client portfolio while also supporting her Gallagher colleagues in Jersey and Guernsey. Jennifer has since become our cyber champion and is undertaking the CII Spotlight, Cyber Risk, and Insurance course. Her dedication to understanding and meeting client needs, always with a smile and a positive attitude, continues to impress me.”
