Household policies offer different levels of cover, and the cover under each policy is different. Your policy will cover some or all of the situations, depending on the level of cover that you have purchased (i.e. contents only, buildings and contents), and you should consult your policy documents for more details.

How to make a claim

When submitting a new claim, please do not dispose of any damaged item(s) or arrange for repairs to be made before you let your insurers know about your claim. Doing so may result in your claim not being successful.
